Hargrove House sits on four acres in Leiper's Fork, minutes from the Village shops and restaurants and just a short scenic thirty minute drive south of Nashville. The property features two structures attached by a wrap around porch / breezeway and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
The front house can accommodate four guests and includes a master bedroom suite featuring a king sized bed and a comfortable pull out sofa. The secondary structure can also sleep four and includes a bedroom with a queen bed, while the incredibly charming loft features two twin size beds.
You can look forward to enjoying a cup of coffee on the back porch, reading a book or relaxing outside while enjoying the beauty of the land and making s'mores over the crackling fire in the outdoor fire pit.There’s even a coveredporch with a bar area! The property truly has a character all it's own.
